Tablets are the one people come back for. There is nothing to measure, nothing to mix and nothing to taste — the amount is printed on the jar and the jar travels.
Ours are pressed rather than packed into a capsule shell, which is the practical difference between these and our 400mg capsules. Everything else — the farm, the leaf, the week it was harvested — is identical.

Pills a bit big to swallow understandably. But it is definitely working.. fingers better. Mobility beter. My mood is lighter and laughing came back in my life

How many tablets are in a jar?
300. At three a day that is roughly a hundred days.
How is this different from your capsules?
Ours are 500mg pressed tablets. The capsules are 400mg inside a shell. Same leaf, same farm — pick whichever you will actually keep taking.
How many should I take?
Follow the amount directed on the label. It is the authoritative source, not anything written on a web page.
