What Moringa Costs in South Africa: Price Per Serving, Worked Out

Moringa prices in South Africa are usually quoted per jar, per pack or per bottle, which makes brands hard to compare: a R199 pack and a R499 jar can cost almost exactly the same per serving. This page shows the arithmetic in the open, using our own range as the worked example. Prices below are our live South African prices as of August 2026; the product page always shows the current figure, calculated automatically from the price you actually pay.

Moringa Utopia prices per serving

Product Pack Price Works out at
Moringa Tablets 500mg 300 tablets R449 R1.50 per tablet (R4.49 per day at 3 a day)
Moringa Capsules 400mg 300 capsules R469 R1.56 per capsule (R4.69 per day at 3 a day)
Moringa Leaf Powder 250g R199 R3.98 per 5g serving (50 servings)
Leaf Juice Concentrate 1x 500ml R499 R4.99 per 5ml serving (100 servings)
Leaf Juice Concentrate 1x 1L R799 R4.00 per serving (200 servings)
Leaf Juice Concentrate 4x 1L R2,699 R3.37 per serving (800 servings)

Delivery is R100 anywhere in South Africa and free on orders of R1,000 or more, tracked door to door. A single jar of tablets lasts roughly 100 days at three a day, so the day-to-day cost of the habit is the per-serving number, not the shelf price.

How to compare any moringa brand fairly

Use the same three steps on any label, including ours:

  1. Find the serving the label actually states. Not the pack size — the amount per tablet, capsule, scoop or measure printed in the directions.
  2. Divide the price by the number of servings. A 100g pack with 5g servings is 20 servings; at R150 that is R7.50 per serving even though the pack looks cheap.
  3. Check what the serving contains. A 500mg tablet and a 350mg capsule are not the same serving. For liquids, check the ingredient list: plain pressed juice and a formulated concentrate (ours is 93% moringa leaf juice with a sweetener and preservatives, listed in full on the product page) are different products and should be compared honestly.

Why our numbers are on every product page

We grow, harvest, process and pack our moringa ourselves in Mookgopong, Limpopo, and we sell it direct — there is no wholesaler or importer margin between the field and your order. Because the per-serving cost is computed live from the current price, it can never quietly drift out of date the way a marketing claim can. If a price changes, the arithmetic changes with it, on the page, the same minute.

Compare the formats side by side on our format comparison page, read the South African buying guide before purchasing from anyone (us included), or see the current figures on the full range.

Prices on this page were correct at publication and are updated when our price list changes. This page is about cost. It makes no claims about what moringa does — our products are foods, not medicines.
