How to Store Moringa Powder, Tablets, Capsules and Concentrate
Storage is part of product quality. The right approach depends on whether the format is dry, liquid or topical.

Why format changes storage
Powder, tablets and capsules are dry formats. Their common everyday risks include moisture, poor closure and ignoring the printed date or storage statement. Concentrate is a formulated liquid and has different after-opening requirements.
Topical cream and oil also follow their own packaging directions. Do not move a product into an unlabelled container where its ingredients, dates and warnings are lost.
Leaf powder
- Close the pack securely after every use.
- Use a clean, dry measure.
- Keep the product away from moisture and follow temperature or light directions on the label.
- Do not put a wet utensil into the pack.
- Keep the original label with the product.
Tablets and capsules
Keep the jar closed and use the product only as directed. Leaving the lid loose can expose the contents to moisture. If you use a travel container, preserve enough information to identify the product and do not mix different items together.
Check the seal when the order arrives. Keep the date and batch information on the original jar available if you need support.
Leaf juice concentrate
Shake the concentrate before measuring and refrigerate it after opening. Keep the cap closed and use a clean measure. Follow the bottle’s date and after-opening instructions.
Before opening
Follow the label and check the seal.
After opening
Refrigerate and close the cap.
Before measuring
Shake well.
If unsure
Do not guess; contact the seller.
Topical cream and oil
Keep the packaging closed and follow the label. Avoid contamination by applying with clean hands. Do not use topical products on broken skin, and patch-test before wider use.
When not to keep using a product
Do not use a product with a damaged seal, unreadable identity, missing label or storage history that does not meet the package directions. If you notice a concerning change or are unsure whether a liquid remained refrigerated, contact Moringa Utopia before use.
Eligible unused items may fall under the returns process, but food and perishable exclusions apply. Contact the team before returning anything.
